Michelin star chef Ken Frank of La Toque pilots the Michelin star/master chefs’ team as they create truffle menus for the Winery Truffle Lunches, present culinary demonstrations, and showcase their extraordinary skills and talents in a tour de force Truffles & Wine Dinner on Saturday evening.
Leading the scientific track are American Truffle Company’s Chief Truffle Officer Robert Chang and Chief Scientist Dr. Paul Thomas, supported by an expert team that includes CPDT-KA certified dog trainer Alana McGee, wild mushroom forager/mycologist David Campbell, the crew at Robert Sinskey Vineyards Truffle Orchard and, everyone’s favorite, Rico and Lolo the truffle dogs.
