The Truffles & Wine Dinner at La Toque is the pinnacle of culinary indulgence—a celebration of the world’s most sumptuous ingredient, brought to life by an extraordinary team of Michelin-starred and master chefs from across the globe. There are also two exciting and delicious innovations.

First, this year’s dinner features ultra-fresh, American produced Périgord black truffles. With truffles having a freshness half-life of just five days, these American harvested gems offer flavors that imported truffles simply can’t match. You will experience firsthand the unmatched potency and intoxicating aroma of fresh, domestically harvested Périgord truffles, which surpass imported counterparts in flavor and complexity.

In addition, the reception will take place in the spectacular, newly renovated Westin Verasa lobby. Each of our star chefs will host an action station, putting the finishing touches on the hors d’oeuvres right in front of you. You will have the rare opportunity to interact with and meet these culinary legends.

And the chefs? Prepare to be dazzled. For one night only, four culinary luminaries will share the same kitchen to craft a multi-course masterpiece:

Each course will showcase the ultimate elegance of black truffles, elevated by the chefs’ distinct styles and global influences.

The evening begins with a sparkling reception featuring Roederer Estate’s classic sparkling brut paired with exquisite truffle canapés. This year’s reception will be hosted in the lobby of the Westin Verasa Napa, offering a roomier and even more exciting experience. From there, you will be treated to a sublime tasting menu, each course paired with rare library and reserve wines hand-selected by Chef Ken Frank and his team of sommeliers to highlight the depth and nuance of fresh truffles.
