Learn how to select, store and prepare truffles with Michelin starred Chef Ken Frank of La Toque. Discover surprising aspects of truffles with world-renowned truffle scientist Dr. Paul Thomas of American Truffle Company. You'll also savor tasty truffle bites prepared by Chef Ken and Sandy Sauter, CIA’s Executive Chef of Public Programs, paired with a selection of Schramsberg's superb wines. Plus, meet Rico the friendly truffle dog (petting allowed).
Looking for an outdoor adventure? Join us for a Wild Mushroom Foray led by David Campbell, a veteran of many Bay Area’s mycological societies, along with American Truffle Company's Dr. Paul Thomas.
